Seeking experienced Program Tour Manager for both East and West Coasts (US).
Responsible for assigned programs and adherence to overall program execution; production, launch timeline and budget requirements per the scope of work.
Lead cross-functional team(s) to ready tour for launch and provide optimum execution throughout the tour.
Primary point of contact for customer on-site, build rapport and manage customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for maintaining program budget, expense tracking, and incremental costs approval forms.
Develop, coach, and inspire drivers and tour team members so they have everything needed to be successful and continuously develop.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, managing expectations and consistently striving to exceed client campaign results.
Develop and foster professional relationships with both clients and content creators, operating as the lead point of contact for all matters concerning them.
Proactively and creatively identify and solve issues with clients or content creators and maintain a high level of comfort in presenting, mediating and solving client/creator issues.
Ensure campaign requirements and high standards are rigorously followed by all campaign participants.
Analyze data to identify important trends and insights to optimize client results.
Effectively carry out creator-related activities, such as discovery, outreach, negotiations, and content reviews, as well as managing payments, legal and contractual agreements.
